Laura Morison Achieved 3rd Dan Kukkiwon Black Belt at Pinnacle Taekwondo in Marrickville Inner West Sydney
Our daughter Laura aged 15 has been training in Taekwondo since 2007 and started with Pinnacle Martial Arts Academy in 2009. We have tried other Taekwondo Schools in the past and we are very impressed by the friendly family atmosphere of Pinnacle Martial Arts Marrickville. Thanks to Grand Master Hassan Iskandar and his son Master Kedar Iskandar for the genuine commitment they show to each of their students.
We travel an hour across Sydney for their high level of expertise in Taekwondo instruction and approach to teaching Taekwondo. We are glad to see that this encourages all their students to reach their full potential.
We feel very fortunate that our daughter trains under these two very professional and extremely skilled Masters. They have trained in Taekwondo all their lives, with exceptional knowledge and skills that is unmatched and highly regarded.
Since being at Pinnacle Taekwondo Martial Arts Marrickville Laura has proudly progressed to achieve her 2nd Dan Black belt. She has achieved gold medals at Local, State, and National and International Tournaments and represented Australia Internationally. She has been supported by her Grand Master, Masters, Instructors and Coaches,
Laura has also recently been inducted in the World Taekwondo Hall Of Fame for the Youth Excellence Award.
Closing Remarks
We have seen our daughter grow in self-confidence and greater self-esteem. Their unique Taekwondo program combines physical, mental and ethical training with an emphasis on technique. We see that this program has challenged and rewarded her with skills, strength, stamina and leadership.
We are grateful for their patience, dedication and encouragement they have given our daughter in her journey of achieving such high goals.
